ACM Digital Library  (VIVA) Nearly 9,000 FULL-TEXT articles from ACM (Association for Computing Machinery) journals, magazines, and conference proceedings, from 1991 forward. Citations and abstracts from many more.

Coverage is worldwide and the file contains approximately 9 million records.
