The Richmond County Public Library is located in the Library Center at the Rappahannock Community College in Warsaw, Virginia.  All members of the general public are welcome. We are pleased to offer service to the 12 county region served by Rappahannock Community College.  The Richmond County Public Library is supported by Richmond County, the Town of Warsaw, Rappahannock Community College, the Commonwealth of Virginia and the Friends of the Library.
