The Success Lab is available for students, faculty and patrons of the library although students have priority.
Twelve computer workstations are located at each campus.
The computers and equipment are available to access Blackboard, the Internet, word
processing software,
email, the SIS, and various other RCC class related software packages.
All users must abide by college and state computer
use policies.
It is staffed with people to help you if you have any problems or
questions. The Success Lab Staff has
computer literacy skills and knowledge of Blackboard and email. They can also assist in training in the use
of software applications as well as demonstrate how to access the library's online catalog and a worldwide
library union catalog, WorldCat to search for interlibrary loans.

The Success Lab is located in the library on the Warsaw campus
and in the library on the Glenns campus.
Resources Available
On each
campus, we have computers, scanners, digital cameras, as well as printing
abilities.
We have books, videos, and CD ROM tutorials to help you get the most from
your computer experiences.
Four laptops are available for checkout and use in the library at each campus.
Both campuses are now wireless if you'd like to bring your own.

Faculty Requests for Software Installation
- Request for installation must be made 2 weeks prior to usage (preferably before the start of the new semester).

- 12 licensed copies of software per campus are required for installation.
|

- Faculty member trains success lab staff in the usage of the software if students are expected to have assistance.
|
- Software upgrades are the responsibility of the faculty member.
